Rock Hard Abs

ASK ME
My goal of this blog is to share the things I find about weight loss, healthy eating, and working out. As well as keep a journal of my own achievements day to day. My name is Ashleigh, I'm 18 and all my life I've been underweight. I have struggled with unhealthy eating habits but now my goal for myself is to be fit. I'm always open to talk to about anything and I will never judge you by your eating habits or weight loss plan. I'm just here to help.

Go on long run. Tell yourself you’re not going to look at your watch. Forget to turn watch on.

  4. "You’re running on guts. On fumes. Your muscles twitch. You throw up. You’re delirious. But you keep running because there’s no way out of this hell you’re in, because there’s no way you’re not crossing the finish line. It’s a misery that non-runners don’t understand."

  7. Creepy

While running through the city today, I took a break under a bridge to watch the water and wildlife. It was beautiful but I didn’t feel as in tune with nature as I usually do. After about 5 minutes I looked to my right and saw a really creepy kid staring at me and walking slowly just at the edge of the tunnel. Scared because he was staring at me dead in the eye and looked cracked out, I ran. After running out of the bridge and into the open I looked back and he wasn’t there. At the pace he was moving he should have been at least at the other end of the tunnel.
I’m not sure what was up but there was no where else for him to go, no other outlet. Needless to say I’m pretty creeped out.
